Joseph Moss moved to New England from New York after High School and started at Alert as a Wheelchair Driver. He then worked his way into the Communications Department, where he was the Communications Director for ten years. In 2020, Joseph Moss was appointed to the position of President and made the CEO of the company. Joseph has been with the company for 24 years.

With over 50 years as a dedicated clinician and more than 37 years at Alert Ambulance, Thomas Carroll has been the driving force behind the organization. As President of its parent company, Paramedic Systems Inc. (PSI), since its inception, he has played a pivotal role in shaping Alert into a leader in emergency medical services.

Thomas has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. His leadership and unwavering commitment continue to define Alert’s mission of service, safety, and compassion in the communities it serves.

As President, he focuses on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and advancing patient care standards. A clinician at heart, he has integrated advanced life support protocols while mentoring future EMS professionals. His leadership in project management and program development ensures Alert exceeds regulatory standards, reinforcing its reputation for excellence.

Jeremy joined Alert over 15 years ago as an EMT-B and later became a Paramedic. He has held various roles, including QA/QI, Supervisor, and VP of Operations. In 2022, Jeremy was appointed COO of the Alert Healthcare division, where his passion for helping others drives him to innovate within the healthcare industry.

Catie started with Alert in 2011 holding multiple positions as an EMT-B, Base Supervisor and Account Executive. She joined the Human Resources department in 2020 as a vital resource during the pandemic hiring over 600 providers in MA & RI. Catie was promoted to Executive Vice President in October 2023 and supports all staff and departments. She specializes in process improvement company wide but her super power is being a twin mom.

With over 40 years in the ambulance industry, Gary joined Alert in 1998 and is the second longest-serving member of its management team. Prior to that, he spent 15 years as a shop supervisor and ASE-certified auto technician, bringing a wealth of mechanical expertise to Alert. Gary plays a key role in ensuring the reliability and safety of Alert's fleet, contributing to the organization's ongoing success.
